Commercial Lending Services
The Firm's attorneys represent lender clients involving commercial loans, builder loans, master lines of credit loans, land development loans, working capital loans, small business loans, and non real estate secured loans.
Our attorneys are knowledgeable in the areas of federal and Texas business lending laws and regulations, homestead and title curative issues, and federal and Texas law and regulations concerning these areas of lending. The Firm offers training for loan officers and other lending personnel, and memoranda on changes in the law and regulations to help our clients stay well informed.
The Firm also represents lenders in work-out negotiations, including new construction. Our attorneys have comprehensive experience in settling mechanic's lien claims, bonding, title curative resolution and preparation of settlement agreements, for both residential and construction loan workouts.
When workouts are not feasible, the firm assists its lending clients in foreclosure of both personal property and real property collateral. We have the ability to economically post and foreclose in all counties in Texas.
